Cancellation Policy
Cancellations will be considered only if the product has not been dispatched for the order placed on our website - www.organikriti.com . Once the product has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction or a transaction that violates the terms and conditions of using our website, we at our sole discretion can cancel such orders with/without providing any notification to you.
You can write to us at info@organikriti.com or call us on +91-9971798807 (During 10am to 8pm) to cancel your order. In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to you within 2 - 5 days after the cancellation request is processed.
Please note that your order cannot be cancelled after 2 hours of order confirmation.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only possible when a customer cancels an order before it is shipped.
All refunds will be processed based on the mode of payment used by you while placing the order. Orders paid by credit/debit card will be refunded to the credit/debit card within 8-9 days from the date of receiving your products back from the logistics provider and the refund may take an additional 2-3 days to reflect in your account.
Orders placed by net banking accounts will be credited back to the same bank account within 8-9 days from the date of receiving your products back from the logistics provider.
In case of cash-on-delivery transactions, we will send the refund amount through bank transfer according to the billing details shared by you. This process will take 2-5 days to complete from the date of receiving the products back from the logistics provider.
Changes in the Refunds and Cancellation Policy
We reserve the right to change or update this Policy at any time without any prior intimation to you. Any changes we make to this Policy in the future will be posted on this page and will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. You are required to review the Policy regularly to keep yourself abreast of the changes if any.
