Healthy Khichdi Recipe:
- Rinse 1/2 cup millet and 1/4 cup moong dal together. Soak for 15 minutes.
- In a pressure cooker, heat 1 tablespoon ghee. Add 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds, 1 chopped onion, 1 chopped tomato, and 1 green chili. Sauté for 2 minutes.
